Andrea Genovart (Barcelona, 1993) has a degree in literary theory and comparative literatura fro m the University of Barcelona and a masters in cultural affairs from the Factoría de Arte y Desarrollo in Madrid. She took part in the contemporary artistic and creative project ‘Espositivo in Marid and has written scripts for adverts. She currently works as a press officer for various publishing houses. Consum preferent is her first novel and will be published in both Catalan and Spanish editions by Editorial Anagrama.
