Clara Deza is contradictory and irreverent, a policewoman, wife and colleague as sensitive on the inside as she is hard on the outside. Immersed in a hostile world defined by the clash between two opposing spheres: her job, peopled with policemen who fluctuate between incomprehension and overprotectiveness, junkies who inspire her kindness, and superiors who don’t respect her; and her personal life, which revolves around a marriage that is at once refuge and cage of wild beasts, haven of peace and stormy sea. Clara learns to show her more aggressive, caustic side when, after receiving a worrying message from her top informer, she discovers that one of the most slippery mafiosos is planning his grand coup. Motivated by a hunch that she's facing her most important case yet, she starts to dig around in the sewers of a society brilliant in appearance but tremendously cruel in reality.
