Patxi Zubizarreta (Ordizia, Guipúzcoa, 1962) is a writer with a long career in children’s and young adults’ literature. He has published more than 20 books, all very successful in schools. His stories have been awarded several prizes both in Spanish and Basque language. His peculiar style enables him to obtain special recognition among booksellers, teachers and parents. He is also a translator and teacher and lives in Vitoria. In the collection Ala Delta, he has published Tres amigos, El anillo de Midas, Sola y Sincola, y Usoa, llegaste por el Aire.
