Rodrigo Palacios (Madrid, 1979) est écrivain et ingénieur. Il a participé activement au théâtre universitaire, en jouant, dirigeant et écrivant, pour étudier ensuite l'interprétation. Il a réalisé des études de doublage, d'élocution et de chant lyrique.
