1973年、バリャドリード生まれ。サラマンカ大学で美術を専攻し、バリャドリード美術学校でイラストを専門に学ぶ。ニューヨーク・ソサイエティ・オブ・イラストレーターズの年次展覧会に作品が選ばれ、コミックやイラストに関する数多くの賞を受賞。主に出版分野で活躍している。長編小説、短編小説、絵本のイラストを描き、自身の作品を定期刊行物でも発表している。スペイン、オーストラリア、イタリア、メキシコ等で20冊以上の作品を様々な出版社から出している。

Beatriz Martín Vidal (Valladolid, 1973) studierte an der Universität Salamanca, wo sie einen Abschluss in Bildender Kunst erwarb. Anschließend spezialisierte sie sich an der Kunstschule Valladolid auf Illustration.
