Mar Cantero é escritora, coach pessoal e criativa. Ela estudou na Escuela de Letras de Madrid e estudou História na UNED. Atualmente é colaboradora regular das revistas MÍA, Objetivo Bienestar e Cultivar Salud, e diretora da revista Mentes abiertas.
