モニカ・ゴンサロ=カバリェロは心理学者で児童青年心理療法士。マドリード公立心理学学校の臨床心理学および健康セクション理事会役員で教員、シコロゴス・ポスエロ病院の研修責任者、システム論的家族療法の専門家、青少年システム論的家族療法の専門家コーディネーター。また、いじめ、ニューテクノロジー中毒、幼児期のその他の障害の専門家でもあり、フランシスコ・デ・ビトリア大学とマドリードヨーロッパ大学の学生インターン指導教官も務める。
