ジン・タイラ=アロンソは1970年、オビエド生まれ。日本人の父とスペイン人の母を持つ。原広司、磯崎新、伊東豊雄といった世界的に名高い建築界の巨匠たちの近くで、日本で建築家としてのキャリアを積んだ。SDreview（SDレビュー）やCasa de Encuentros de Corvera(コルデラ出会いの家)など国内外のコンクールでの入賞歴あり。
