Miguel Ángel Oeste
Miguel Ángel Oeste

Miguel Ángel Oeste (Málaga, 1973) has a degree in history and communication. He has written the novels "Bobby Logan" (2011) and "Far Leys" (2014). His stories have appeared in various anthologies, and he edits several publications about the relationship between cinema and literature. He is also the author of several books on cinema, and the novel “Arena” (Tusquets Editores, 2020). “Brutal and potent. Hard and subtle. I liked it a lot. It took my breath away." (Sarah Table). He collaborates with various publications, including El Cultural, Rockdelux, Cayman, Cuadernos de Cine and Fuera de Series. He has written and directed documentaries such as "Vibraciones," "Melillenses," and "69 y algo más." He sits in the board of directors of the Malaga Film Festival and the Melilla Film Week.
