Vanesa Díez (the writer of this story): I was born in León and after a lovely break of twelve years returned there with even more enthusiasm for its magical mountains, enchanted streams, and incredible brilliance. I write for children and adults, and I am also a teacher in a wonderful rural school. Where better for a storyteller be but, in a place, full of stories?

Beatriz Marín (who illustrated the book): I’m an illustrator and graphic designer based in Barcelona. I got my degree at BBAA. I studied a course in children’s illustrating at the prestigious Joso School for Comics and Illustration. I work freelance in various fields of design and also as an illustrator of children’s books.
