Paper folding, or origami (oru: fold, kami: paper) is the ancient art of representing the things we see around us by making folds in paper. Origami is first and foremost a pastime and a diversion. Furthermore, working with our hands helps to develop our skills. We all have the inner potential for creativity, imagination, expertise and composition: to bring these talents to life, we just need some paper and a bit of patience.
