Luis Jesús Fernández Rodríguez has a degree in Medicine and Surgery (1989), specialising in Psychiatry (1993) and a doctorate in Medicine (1996). He has worked as a Psychiatric Doctor at the Mental Health Centre and Outpatient Clinic of Tudela. He teaches at the UNED centre in Tudela, Navarre and at the Psychobiology department since 1995. Appointed Director of the centre by public competition in 1998. He is the author of 11 books and around 20 articles, has given 30 courses and directed over 60 courses on psychology and psychiatry, as well as being an experienced lecturer and communicator on these subjects both in Spain and abroad. He holds the City of Tudela Chair of Quality.
