FRANCISCO RUIZ MARCO (Alicante, 1956) is a doctor of law anda lawyer, and was professor of constitutional law at the university of Alicante between 1996 and 2008. In the field of law he is the co-author of the book 'Delitos Socioeconómicos' (Edit. Edijus, Zaragoza 1996) and author of the titles 'La tutela penal del derecho de crédito' (Edit. Dilex, Madrid 1995) and 'Los delitos contra la intimidad' (Edit. Colex, Madrid 2001). In terms of fiction he has published the stories "Error número doce" (Alicante, 2004, III literary prize of the Colegio de Abogados de Alicante) and "Tráfico" (Alicante, 2007, Editorial Club Universitario prize). "Falso Recuerdo" is his first novel, in which the plot immerses the reader in a reflection on terrorism and the best way to fight it.
