SYNOPSIS

The route of Clementia's life was laid out before she was born, she was destined for an existence of happiness, good fortune and privilege. Born into the heart of a noble family in Madrid, she was always a happy child. However, her eyes were opened when she once overheard her grandmother, nicknamed the Spiteful, speaking through gritted teeth: "No tears today means tears tomorrow". Shortly after her sixteenth birthday, the life that had been planned for her is suddenly disrupted by the whims of destiny and her only way out is to flee. So begins the first chapter of her second life, as a completely different person. This is a story about a search for and the acceptance of a new identity, and a reconciliation with solitude as she travels across the globe, loosing herself where she decides to go, from Madrid, to Valencia, to the United States...
