Javier Carrill, Executive Coach PCC (Professional Certified Coach) for the International Coach Federation, Executive and Public Speaking trainer. Since 2007, he has been directing member of Execoach, a consultancy specialising in executive coaching, motivation and directorial skills.
A graduate in Information Sciences, he worked as creative director in several communication companies for 14 years. An expert in neuro-linguistic programming and Zen meditation, he is a specialist in leadership skills, stress control, creativity and emotional intelligence. He has participated in coaching and training programmes for numerous companies teaches the advanced executive and management coaching programme at the IE Business School. He is the author of Zen Coaching (Díaz de Santos, 2008) and co-author editor of Profesionales en evolución (Professionals in Evolution, LID, 2009).
