Consol Iranzo has a degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona. She completed a Master’s in Foreign Commerce at the EAE and a Programme of Management Development at the IESE; in addition she is a coach certified by The Coaches Training Institute (U.S.), by the Newfield Network (EE. UU.) and AECOP. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (U.S.), of AEDIPE and of the Comité Evaluador para Certificación de Coaches. She lectures regularly at forums and HR seminars and works as a professor of coaching at various business schools. She has twenty years experience as an HR consultant and is currently member-director of Karisma, a consultancy specializing in coaching.
