Includes a facsimile with the most important world news about wine since 2005, roll of honours since 1991, the Premios de la Guía de Vino Gourmets winners since 1989. Information on the most commonly used grapes in Spain, wine terminology, wine bibliography, international wine and gastronomy fairs, viticulture and oenology teaching centres, concepts of grape and wine growing, combinations… and basic knowledge for wine tasting.
