Extremely premature neonates are those babies who are born long before they are expected. This unknown world contains extremely serious situations: a hopeless struggle for survival in an environment of sophisticated technological means, but where very strong emotions of anguish, hope and loss of hope, happiness and fear. This work shows illness and adaptation problems which babies must overcome, and the hard experiences told by their parents, whom this work offers both social and labour help information.
