SYNOPSIS

Alexandra's grandmother is starting to forget everything. Alexandra's family thinks that she will not understand what is happening, as she is only twelve years old, so they begin to hide and disguise the truth. At first, Alexandra is amused when her grandmother contravenes the social norms, but she soon starts to ask herself if this behaviour is a way of resisting old age or illness. As the disorder advances, and her grandmother sinks ever deeper in her own lake, the girl decides that her grandmother should not forget who she was: she shows her photographs and recounts anecdotes from her grandmother's past that she has heard from her parents. The love that unites a granddaughter and grandmother will enable them to communicate with each other.
