SYNOPSIS

The Internet has meant a paradigm shift in relation to copyright. In recent years we have seen many disagreements between those who claim for a greater permissiveness in the use and dissemination of culture and those who demand greater protection for their economic and moral rights.

The clashes have gone beyond the media to reach the courts, with resolutions at times being contradictory.

In simple language the author brings us closer to this reality through the analysis of different legal rules and resolutions in recent years, echoing the different proposals that have been born around the so-called "free culture" and suggesting the Latin traditional law through the ColorIURIS system as an instrument of reconciliation between culture creators and users.
