I was born in Madrid in 1974 and have a degree in History from the UCM. One day when I was over forty years old I found myself in the children's section of the library and I began to read. And very soon afterwards, to write. My intention wasn't to write stories, but that is what comes out. Children's literature has opened up a wonderful, very gratifying and enriching world to me. And the power of writing complements that, because it is allowing me to see my life in letters. There are little bits of my life in everything I write. "Perfecto" ("Perfect") is my first published book.
