Denise VAILLANT has a Doctorate in Education from the University of Québec-Montreal (Canada). She is Professor of Educational Policy at the Universidad ORT in Uruguay and the Universidad Alberto Hurtado in Chile. She is currently coordinator of the Professional Teaching Development Programme in Latin America (PREAL).
