Teresa Lloret (Tarragona, 1936) has a degree in Romanic Philology by the University of Barcelona. From 1968 to 2006 she worked as editorial chief and director of several publishing houses. She has also worked in the Department of Information and Publications of the Generalitat of Catalunya. In 1990 she started working in the study and promotion of opera, putting together programmes for the Gran Teatro del Liceo. She is the author and co-author of several Liceo publications.
