Renata Paz Couso has a degree in Social Psychology by the University of Santiago de Compostela and a master degree in Bussiness Administration by Caixanova Business School.
She has worked in several opinion poll prjects, as teacher of costumer service courses for professionals and as product and marketing manager in several companies of the sector.
Currently she works as marketing consultant for a Recruitment company.
She has published two books “Customer Service” and “Management for small businesses” both published by Ideaspropias.
