Nora Rodríguez was born in Buenos Aires in 1960. She studied education and Spanish. A pioneer in analysis and research into school violence in Spain, her books son innovative education have become much translated classics in Europe and America. They include: Guerra en las Aulas (Clas War, Temas de Hoy), ¡Quién manda aquí! (Who's in Charge Here!, Juventud); Madres y Malabaristas (Juggler Mothers, Urano), Hijos prematuros, amor infinito, (Premature Babies, Infinite Love, La esfera de los Libros), Hay un adolescente suelto en casa (Teenager in the House, Ceac), and Hermanos cada quince días (Brothers Every Fortnight, RBA). She combines research and writing with teaching at the International School for Juvenile Justice (Brussels). She currently gives training courses for the Campus Universitario del Mediterráneo and heads the Aula de Pedagogía Social.
