'I've been a writer for over 20 years, at first for fun and because I loved it, then later to entertain my friends and colleagues, until I published my first novel,'Lo que dure la eternidad', which helped me to carve a space out for myself on the romantic literature scene. This space became permanent with my second novel, 'Orgullo sajón'.
In 2009 I won two Rincón de Novela Romántica prizes for best author and best novel for 'Orgullo sajón', and two Dama prizes: one for best female romantic novelist of the country, and the other for best Spanish romantic novel, for my book 'Amaneceres cautivos'. I've also published 'Hijos de otro barro', 'Luna de Oriente' and 'Noches de Karnak'. In 2010 they were included in Círculo de Lectores' catalogue, and so I am the first Spanish romantic novelist to be published by this publisher.'
