Montse Gisbert is a well-known children's author and illustrator with an extensive back catalogue for which she has received major national and international prizes. Furthermore, two of her titles feature on the US-based Cuatrogatos Foundation's honour roll of "Best books" and in "The White Ravens" catalogue, published by the Internationale Jugend Bibliothek (International Youth Library) in Munich.
