I am a young vine from a 1981 vintage who grows in the Celler de Gelida, a cellar that has produced great wines for five generations.

I have been pruned by humanities and sommelier studies. The rains have nourished my stays in Italy, the U.S. and France, and have given fruit to an excellent vintage that has received the critics' praise in the form of the Nariz de Oro Joven Promesa del Estado prize.

I am defined as transparent and glossy to look at, with golden highlights and long legs. A blend of Arts and wines, that culminates with the passage through wood of a doctoral thesis on the metaphors used in wine-tasting.

I have a bouquet of romantic flowers and wild fruit. Savoury in the mouth, with a sweet finish and a spicy aftertaste.
