Graduated in Spanish Philology from the University of Barcelona. Teacher of Spanish as a foreign language (E/LE). Teacher trainer and author of publications in E/LE, and encouragement to culture and reading.
She has taught at the University of Munich, and other schools in Germany. Currently teaching at the Fachhochschule “University of Applied Sciences” in Landshut. Her works have been published by LANGENSCHEIDT and CORNELSEN (Germnay), and VIS-A-VÍA (Spain). In her E/LE publications she puts an emphasis in the development of intercultural competence and learning autonomy.
Also in the interdisciplinary aspects (integration of content), either for E/LE learning (LUCIÉRNAGAS method and other publications) or the encouragement of culture and reading (DON QUIJOTE Y EL MAR, ANIMALES DE FÁBULA and various graded readers) -; aspects of cooperative work (see also her JUEGO DE ROL: HACIA UN MUNDO GLOBAL o LA DIFERENCIA ENTRE EL TOCINO Y LA VELOCIDAD, REDELE Award of the Ministry of Education of Spain), and the emotional and experiential component of learning to approach a foreign language and its sociocultural and historical background (mainly in the LUCIÉRNAGAS method).
