Maria Isabel Sánchez Vegara studied Advertising and Public Relations at the UAB, but she has been drawn to short fiction and poetry since childhood. Currently she divides her time between work as an advertising creative and various writing projects. Her first book was YO el libro de tu vida (ME, the Book of Your Life) (2012) followed by AMOR Un libro escrito entre dos (LOVE, A Book with Two Authors) (2014) She is also the author of Pequeña y Grande (Little People, Big Dreams), a collection of stories through which children can discover who the great women of history were, and what they achieved, OM a yoga story for children, Tribus (Tribes) and El Cuadro (The Picture), a which explains the life of a great museum of contemporary art to very young readers.
