Liébana Goñi Yárnoz (Pamplona, 1986) is a writer and illustrator. She studied art, graphic design, and art management in interactive advertising. Her illustration work has appeared in numerous exhibitions and has received many awards: finalist for the Euskadi literature prize (2017); selected at the  Bologna Children’s Book Fair (2021); and the book "Zerua gris dago" (The sky is grey, Pamiela-Kalandraka) which she illustrated won the Etxepare prize in 2016. She has published several titles as author and illustrator such as  "La caja" (The box, Emonautas), winner of the Festilij prize in 2023.
