Juana Erice is a graduate of Information Sciences from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, and began her professional trajectory working in advertising. She was employed for ten years as head of a communications department, advising managers on communication issues in various scenarios: road shows, annual conventions, motivational meetings, mergers, crisis situations, new strategies, etc.
Three years ago she decided to make the leap, and now has her own business, Juana Erice Consulting, specialising in advice on communication and managerial skills for organisations. She has two passions: communication and people. She sees communication as the element of cohesion in the difficult world we live in, and people as the vehicle and protagonists of change.
