Javier Rovira teaches at the ESIC Business and Marketing School and is an associate director of Know How N.P., a consultancy specialising in strategy and organisational development, with broad experience in a range of sectors. He has been director general of González Byass, director general of Neck & Neck, managing director of Sabelma, director of Laboratorios Babé, director of marketing and strategic development for Pepsi and associate advertising manager of P&G in the UK and Spain, among others.
