Isidro Cicero Gómez was born on 1st September 1947 in Valdeprado (Liébana) Cantabria, Spain. He is a journalist fiction writer and editor; undergraduate degree in Sociology, diploma of Advanced Studies, and Philosophy. He is now head of the Gabinete del Presidente de Parlamento, Cantabria, Miguel Ángel Palacio.
