Ignacio Ochoa Santamaría (Madrid, 1954) is an advertising executive and brand- and marketing consultant. He studied in the UK and US, and has worked and headed up several multinacional agencies (JWT and BBDO) as well as his own, DFVO, which he founded in Madrid in 1991. He has published three dictionaries of advertising and marketing, a book on photography and advertising, El siglo imaginario, a book on sociological history, Pica por fuera es dentro, and a novel, La caja azul, this last directly streamed on the site 24symbols.com. He is also the co-author of three humour titles, From lost to the river, Speaking in Silver and Like Fish in the Water.
