Iban Eduardo Muñoz is a doctor in molecular biology and biochemistry. He works at the CRAG (Agrigenomics Research Center) as part of the research team at IRTA, the Agrifood Research and Technology Institute. His area of focus is the study of plant genetics and their evolution, with special attention to the domestication of cultivated plants. Alberto Montt is a Chilean illustrator born in Quito. For years he has published his cartoons on the Dosis Diarias blog and has worked as an illustrator for multiple publishers, advertising agencies and magazines in Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Venezuela, Chile and Spain. Since 2016 he has been touring with the illustrator Liniers performing illustrated stand-up shows, combining his passion for drawing and humour.
