Marga Iriarte was born in Barcelona in 1956 and has lived in Galicia and Granada. She studied Social Science and Sociology in Barcelona. She has a Law degree from Barcelona University. She has designed and developed social studies in the areas of public health and communication techniques for various institutions. She has practiced as a lawyer and worked at the Justice department of the Catalonian Autonomous Community government. In 2018 she published the novel “Función de onda a las doce” (Wave function at Twelve), in digital format with free download under a Creative Commons licence. Her other literary activities include participating in the digital magazine La charca literaria. In 2018 she collaborated in the writing of a libretto for the musical production, "Dafne y Apolo" (Daphne and Apollo) which forms part of a cycle of expressive musical pieces put together by the musicologist and painter, Marina Durnay.

Eugenia Tusquets began her artistic career as a painter after graduating from the Escola Massana in Barcelona with a degree in art and drawing and also engaged in different aspects of writing. She was a scriptwriter on the Televisión Española program Tiempo Libre (‘Free Time’). Years later and now based in Mexico, she published articles about art in various cultural magazines. After a long period in Guadalajara, she and her family moved to San Francisco. She has worked as a writer and correspondent for various cultural outlets, promoting Spanish and Latin American art. Marga Iriarte was born in Barcelona, where she studied sociology and gained a law degree from the University of Barcelona. She worked in the public sector and practised as a lawyer for many years. She has also delivered adult education classes in communication and narrative.
