The author was born in Mexico City in 1977. He is a journalist, musician and writer. He first published a piece of work at the age of twelve, in the cultural section of a now-defunct Mexican newspaper. Since then he has never stopped, adding hundreds of chronicles, reports, interviews and even some poems to his repertoire. He has worked in everything from reporting to editing for various print and electronic media outlets. Along with literature and music, his other obsessions include chess and three-cushion billiards. Last year he published his first novel, Sacrifice, in Mexico. His latest title is Marla won’t be coming back.
