Albert Juvany (Vic, February 1974). Since 1997 he has worked in health sciences. His scientific background has not prevented literature from seducing him and being his constant companion. For years he has written and rewritten short stories. Most of them are sitting in a folder and some have seen the light of day in the form of literary prizes. He considers writing and music a state of mind to the point that songs are often a source of inspiration when he writes. In 2009, a coincidence meant that he started his training in creative writing at the Ateneu Barcelonès writing school. The Silence of the Lighthouse is his first novel.
