Aharon Quincoces (1967) graduated in Semitic Philosophy from the University of Barcelona and has a PhD in Hebraism from the University of Turin, Italy, where he currently lives. He is the founder of Editorial Intangible (2010), an independent publishing imprint with a focus on digital works. Words, in many different forms and functions, therefore make up a fundamental part of his biography. Bite that Fruit is his first work of fiction.
