Born in 1969. She has a graduate degree in English Philology and a masters in Business Management. She started working with the Grupo Planeta in 1995 and, after several years in marketing management, became manager of the Martínez Roca publishing house. In 2001 she took on the directorship of the Minotauro, Timun Mas, Libroos Cúpula, Esencia and Zenith imprints. She now manages Libros Cúpula, Planteta Gifts and the Conference Office in that group, and is president of Prisma Publiccaiones. She is also a member of the team of the radio programme La rosa de vientos (The Wind Rose) for Onda Cero and Levántete (Get Up) and Cárdenas for Europa FM. As a writer, she published her first book, a compendium of short stories entitled Gritos antes de morir (Screams Before Death), in 2012 with Libros del Silencio, and Círculo de Libros brought out an enlarged edition of this work under the title of La muerte sabe tu nombre (Death Knows Your Name) in 2013. Chelston House is her first novel and will be followed by another in 2016.
